This is the latest fitness craze and only available at DAPA Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington, Clitheroe, Whalley, Great Harwood and Burnley(UK) this is a one hour intense dance workout, based around Irish dancing and is said to get your heart rate up and you bmi down, Classes start on Tuesday 7th May at 8.15pm so if you and your friends are interested then please email celticfit@dapa.co celticfit@dapa.co
